Your personal information is deleted when the purpose of storing the personal information is no longer applicable. This is assessed specifically based on the nature of the inquiry and its content. We process your personal information for as long as we have correspondence with you. When the correspondence is concluded, and its content does not give rise to further action, the information disclosed in the correspondence is deleted.
Exchange of Goods and Services
Concerning agreeing to the exchange of goods or services, we must process personal information about you. This includes processing ordinary personal information, such as your name and email, to fulfill our obligations under the agreement with you (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b).
Information collected in connection with purchases or sales will generally be deleted once we have delivered the service you purchased unless there is a specific reason to retain the information for a longer period, such as a warranty period, in case you or we need to make a complaint.
We are required to keep accounting records for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the purchase or sale relates.
Social Media
When you like and/or follow us on LinkedIn, we process the following information about you:

- The content of the message you send to us
The purpose of processing your personal information is to keep interested followers updated on relevant posts on social media, new areas, points of interest, etc. We process personal information on the following legal basis:
- Our interest in marketing and improving our website and product (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).
We are joint data controllers with LinkedIn for the information collected about you when you visit our page. This means that we, together with LinkedIn, must allocate and determine responsibility for compliance with the legislation regarding the processing of your personal information.

If you do not have a profile on LinkedIn, information about your device, location/geodata, and information about your behavior on LinkedIn and outside LinkedIn, e.g., visits to websites, is collected. If you have a profile on LinkedIn, information that you have given permission for in connection with creating your profile, such as reactions, comments, and shares you and others make, is also collected.
We only receive the information that you send to us in the form of your inquiry, like, or comment. In addition, we receive anonymous statistical information about users from LinkedIn through a feature called LinkedIn Page Analytics. If you want to delete your information on LinkedIn, you need to delete your profile. If you delete your profile, it also means that your posts, pictures, and information will be deleted. If you have questions about LinkedIn Page Analytics, you should contact LinkedIn.
Recruitment
If you apply for a position with us, we will process the information provided in your application, CV, and other accompanying documents. You don’t need to provide your social security number.
The purpose of processing your personal information in the recruitment process is to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position with us.
We process this information on the following legal basis:
- Based on our legitimate interest, which is to assess your qualifications and competencies in relation to the advertised position (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).
- The processing of social security numbers only occurs if you have provided it in connection with the application or CV. We process social security numbers to defend or assert a potential legal claim (Data Protection Act, Section 11, paragraph 2, no. 4, cf. Section 7, paragraph 1 and General Data Protection Regulation, Article 9, paragraph 2, letter f).
If you submit sensitive personal information, we process this on the following legal basis:
- Based on a legitimate interest, which is the mutual interest in assessing a future collaboration (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), and the information can be processed to establish or defend against a potential legal claim regarding the recruitment process (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 9, paragraph 2, letter f).
Applications and attachments can be stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process is completed, after which your information will be deleted. The purpose of storing information after the recruitment process is to safeguard interests in case of any objections regarding discrimination, differential treatment, or similar during the recruitment process.
For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted. If we wish to keep your applications for a longer period, this is done based on specific consent from you. If we wish to retain your application with attachments for possible future employment, this is done based on your consent (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a).
Disclosure of Information
We use external suppliers/partners for the storage and processing of information. When we use a data processor, we have entered into a data processing agreement with them. They process personal information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We prioritize suppliers from the EU, as well as from third countries that the EU Commission has approved in terms of the protection level of personal information, per the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 45.
In relevant cases, personal information may be disclosed to independent data recipients, such as banks, auditors, public authorities, etc.
Disclosure of Information to Unsafe Third Countries
We also use some data processors/suppliers in unsafe third countries. When the legislation of third countries does not offer the same level of security as the EU does, we have enhanced obligations in the protection of your data. We have ensured that there is a legal basis for the transfer in the form of concluded Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), per the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 46, paragraph 2, letter c and that the information is processed under adequate security measures.

Guests
When visiting our facilities, you must register as a guest on an iPad. During the registration, we need the following information about you:

- What organization you are representing

- Emergencies – in case of fire, evacuation, or other extraordinary events, we need to know who is in our buildings and on our property
- By being TISAX certified, we must be able to prove who has had access to our buildings
