At Meneta Automotive Components Pvt Ltd. (MACL), we prioritize corporate social responsibility (CSR). Together with MAT Holdings Inc. and our dedicated nonprofit branch, MAT India CSR Association (MICA), we’re investing directly in transformative initiatives that uplift education, healthcare, and local orphanages.
Empowering Youth Education
One of our flagship efforts is supporting an after-school tutoring program created by local university students for underserved youth, often children of migrant workers. To support tutors’ efforts, MACL supplies essential resources like water purifiers, furniture, technology, and healthy snacks to enhance the learning environment. The result is remarkable improvements in academic performance, boosted self-esteem, and growing confidence among the young learners.
Celebrating Achievements Together
Every year, we celebrate student achievements and honor the volunteers in an award ceremony that brings our community closer. This year, Jessica Wang Olsson, VP of Treasury and Risk Management at MAT Holdings, and Kim Oestergaard, CEO of Meneta Holding, attended the celebration to reinforce the company’s commitment to serving the community.

Championing Healthcare
Since 2018, MICA has increased its focus on healthcare improvements, supporting two primary health centers and a civil hospital. One of our proudest milestones was funding the construction of an immunology building at Sonepat Civil Hospital. This investment has pushed infant vaccination rates to 96%, surpassing the national benchmark of 91%, and positively impacted over 1.65 million residents.
