A new chapter for Meneta Group
We are pleased to write to you jointly with news of a new chapter at Meneta. Effective October 1st 2026, Chris Wang will become Chief Executive Officer of the Meneta Group, succeeding Kim Oestergaard after successful 12+ years at the helm. As we step into this next chapter, we reflect on Kim’s accomplishments with immense gratitude and look toward our future with boundless optimism.
Throughout Kim’s leadership, Meneta has continued as a global leader in the automotive space developing innovative products and solutions in the NVH and fine blanking space, as well as made a significant commitment to invest in the localization of operations across Europe, USA, China, and India.
Building on a strong foundation
More important than the footprint is the standard he set for how we work – foster genuine relationships with the customer, transparency and honesty in our collaboration, innovative solutions, and uncompromising stance on quality. That standard does not change with this transition. It is the foundation we build on, and for this Chris and the entire Meneta organization are deeply grateful.
What comes next builds directly on that foundation. Our industry is changing quickly and the technology behind it is moving even faster – electrification, tighter NVH targets, and the localization of supply chains will require speed and technical complexity that hasn’t been seen before. Our goal is to be the best partner we can be in this transition.
Continuity for customers and partners
In principle, nothing changes in your day-to-day relationship with Meneta. Your commercial and engineering contacts, program managers will remain the same. Chris and the Meneta team look forward to meeting you personally in the months ahead.
